Insurance: I am an out-of-network provider for insurance plans. Unless other arrangements are agreed to beforehand, clients submit payment directly to me at the time of service and receive an invoice with billing codes that can be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement. The rate of insurance reimbursement is dictated by your insurance plan.
